Delivery

At SurreyRugs.com we aim to dispatch your items within 24 hours of the time your order is received. However processing times may differ slightly for orders placed on weekends and public holidays.

We offer free delivery to delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.

We do not currently offer worldwide shipping options through our website, however if you email us at sales@surreyrugs.com with your delivery address, we will try our best to find a solution. In the event that we ship to an address outside of the United Kingdom, please note that you will be responsible for the delivery cost and any customs duty.

While we try our best to ensure your items are delivered within the specified time frame, we can not accept responsibility for delayed deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. You will be informed of any unexpected delay.

All deliveries require a signature on delivery, please ensure someone will be available to sign for your delivery.



Returns

We are happy to accept returns, but you will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery - please send an email to sales@surreyrugs.com, quoting your order number and letting us know what the issue is. Please note that refunds for returned items will be minus the initial delivery cost paid by us as part of our free shipping. It is also your full responsibility to arrange return shipping or drop-off of the items back to us.

Items being returned must be in the same condition they are delivered in, if any damage is noticed we will be in contact as this may affect your refund amount.

Refunded amounts will be returned to the card which was initially charged when placing an order. In most cases once, we have inspected returned items, refunds are processed immediately, however in some rare cases refunds may take between 1-2 days.
